Toilet bowl cleaners, drain openers, bleach,
detergent, and Pine-Sol are just a few of the cleaning products
that can cause problems. Don't let your dog drink out of the
toilet. Don't leave a bucket of cleaning solution unattended—your
dog might stick his nose into it or taste it. Keep dogs off
floors that are wet with cleaning solutions. Keep cleaning products
closed and put away safely when you're not using them.
