| Lovely, well-maintained run with plenty of space: lots of trees, nice benches, historical lamps. But the FDR Drive makes it noisy and the winds coming across the river can be fierce. |

| A tiny, narrow strip of pavement, this run is only worth visiting as a desperate measure. Still, people who use this run regularly tell us that the park's friendly community of dogs and their owners makes up for the lack of amenities. |
